Building Equitable Culture for Collaboration

Presented by the Inclusive Engineering Consortium (IEC), EquiTECH 2022 is a dedicated Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) conference designed to promote DEI within the tech ecosystem in turn benefitting industry, ECE faculty, and the underrepresented minority students they serve.

EquiTECH brings together industry leaders, historically minority-serving institutions (MSIs), and research-intensive institutions to foster collaboration. The program will center around much-needed conversations about diversity and inclusion in Tech.

Taking place in a
complimentary virtual format, this exceptional forum will provide easy access for diverse thought leaders (from both industry and academia), faculty members, engineers, HR professionals, senior management leaders, and those who advocate for DEI within their organizations to build professional connections, expand collaborations, and engage in thought-provoking discussions.

EquiTECH 2022 will focus specifically on the critical issues of mentoring, retaining diverse quality talent, creating equitable partnerships between industry and academia, building community between leading technology companies and minority serving institutions,
and influencing the future of DEI.

So many underrepresented groups feel like they are unheard and unseen in the Tech ecosystem.

Join us at EquiTECH to help lay the groundwork for a change!
