  1. You spoke in a panel titled "Controlled-ESR Bypass Capacitors: Myths and Truths." What did you share with attendees? What do you feel is the top concern of today's semiconductor engineer?
  2. You are a member of the Board of Directors for the IEEE EMC Society and a past Board of Directors member for the Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society. How important of a role do you feel professional memberships play in an engineer's career?
