1. In terms of the service mix for the emerging digital home, which technologies do you think will be the most important? For instance: IPTV.
  2. With all these new services that carriers may deliver into the digital home, is there a danger that with all this new complexity the actual service levels will fall?
  3. In terms of the access network, what do you see as the most likely broadband infrastructure that will enable all these applications and services?
  4. Depending on who you talk to: WiMAX is either disruptive or not disruptive. Is WiMAX a "friend" to telcos, or is it somthing that will cause lots of problems?
  5. We talk a lot about unified, ubiquitous broadband service across wireline and wireless. How far along are we really to that? Are we there yet?
  6. Every week we hear more about VoIP. Is it going to change the business model for carriers? If it does, how will carriers have to change themselves?
  7. Other factors seem to have changed the business model of telcos, such as the delivery of media services. It seems more and more telcos are becoming, in effect, "media companies" by aggregating or generating their own media services. Is this another aspect of how telcos are changing their business models?
  8. With all these changes of the business models, that must put pressure on a vendor such as yourself. Does that lead to more innovation from SIEMENS?
