Check if you have Cookies and JavaScript enabled in your browser

Internet Explorer
Under the "Tools" menu, choose "Internet Options", select the "Security" tab, click on "Custom Level". Then make sure that "Scripting: Active Scripting" are checked. In "Privacy" tab make sure your setting are set at medium, or click the "Advanced" button to choose your Cookie handling preference.
FireFox
Under the "Tools" menu choose "Options", in "Cookies" tab select "allow sites to accept cookies". In content section select "enable JavaScript"
Safari
Under Safari menu select "Preferences", In "Security" tab choose to accept Cookies either "Always" or "Only from site you navigate to". In the same tab, select both "Enable Plug-ins" and Enable Javascript"
Netscape
Under the Edit menu, click on Preferences and then click Advanced. Make sure that Enable Cookies, and Enable JavaScript are checked
