Through the IEC University Program, professors and their students receive tuition-free grants to attend IEC educational Forums. In addition to providing each grant recipient with the Annual Review of Communications, these grants include program registration fees, plenary sessions, technology demonstrations, breaks, luncheons, and receptions. Participation in the grant program is open to university professors and full-time students who are sponsored by a professor.

IEC educational Forums provide professors with significant information that enables them to enhance and expand their educational offerings, while students learn first-hand about potential opportunities in the information industry.
