Over the last years the demand for data center services have been experiencing a huge expansion boosted by the growth of content-rich services such as IPTV or Web2.0. With the increased bandwidth available, enterprises are also relying more and more on telco data centers to host their applications and data, as well as evolving to a Software-as-a-Service model. This session will discuss the new technologies available in the data center and how they can improve the overall efficiency and scalability, the impact of Server Virtualization, Cloud computing and Storage to the data center network architecture and the new emerging business models: SaaS, OnDemand infrastructure, and more.
