CloudShield's Subscriber Service Management application enables service providers to ensure a quality user experience for their subscribers. Service providers can set limits to control bandwidth on a per subscriber basis with application, IP Address and time of day/week granularity. This application also tracks and reports comprehensive network demographics including: bandwidth consumed by protocol, top bandwidth consumed either by user or protocol, most active hosts, and many more. So service providers can maximize customer satisfaction and at the same time manage capital equipment and operational expenses.

CloudShield's DNS Defender is a software application that runs on a variety of CloudShield hardware platforms. Through a series of comprehensive protocol filters and flexible programmability, malicious traffic is detected and discarded while valid requests are passed through for processing.
