Delivering Assured Value-Added Service over Current Broadband Networks
F1
This session will show how service providers can deploy services with assured end-to-end QoS over existing broadband networks. Issues will include: how to characterize the performance of the installed infrastructure; how and where to shape and manage traffic to control end-to-end QoS; and how to minimize the bandwidth required so that services can reach rural as well as urban users. This will include the delivery of specific services, including IPTV.
