Collaboration for a Successful Business Transformation - Options and Alternatives
C3
Operators are facing many parallel changes and the traditional value chain is transforming. The ongoing and upcoming network changes further accelerate the need to change the business, but they are also a business opportunity.
Operators must bring new services to market faster, manage complex technology transitions, and drive operational excellence. On top of this, the business from the existing network, services, and customers still need to be secured and cared for.
There are a number of collaboration options and alternatives to secure a successful business transformation enabling operators to focus on cutting costs and delivering value to their customers, maximizing their competitiveness.
This session/panel will highlight and discuss some of the collaboration options at hand for transforming the operator business, including the following:
- Working with fewer suppliers that take on a broader responsibility in introducing new services and technologies
- Partnering with content providers and other service providers
- Out-tasking and outsourcing of operations
