Mr. Larsson is responsible for driving overall marketing activities for converged IP communications in the Comverse group. He joined Comverse through the acquisition of Netcentrex, where he played a significant role in developing the company's image and reputation as a leader in VoIP applications. Prior to Netcentrex, Mr. Larsson held senior marketing positions at Nortel and Genuity/Level 3 and has a track record of managing successful marketing initiatives both for early-stage and established high-tech companies.

Lutfullah Kitapci

Mr. Kitapci joined Vodafone in 2005 to assist in establishing program and portfolio management departments and methodologies and to manage major cross-functional programs. Within this role, he managed the launch of MNP and the IS/IT organization structure. In 2006, Mr. Kitapci became program manager for the launch of a new business unit focusing on FMC propositions. Since the launch of the business unit in September 2007, Mr. Kitapci has been responsible for all future proposition developments at Vodafone (including FMC) and for marketing and communications for the medium and large enterprise segment.

Thibaut Roussel
Director of Business Unified Communication Program, Strategic Marketing Division

Mr. Roussel's program develops convergent voice products and services for Orange business units in Europe. He previously was technical director for customer care. Before Orange, he managed France Telecom's re-engineering plan, helped launch their UNI2 subsidiary and head the mobile projects as CTO, was responsible for their fixed and mobile network investments and operations in the region of Burgundy, and was first in charge of mobile satellite systems. He began his career with Telesystems, where he was responsible for IT projects in Brazil.

Paulo Tavazzani
Head of Voice Services, Network & Systems - ICT Services - Voice Services

Since 2000, Mr. Tavazzani has been leading the development of voice and value-added services. He started his career at Italtel, first as a software architect for data networks devices, later as system designer for ATM-based access network devices, and then as network architecture and solutions designer. He got his B.Sc. in electronics engineering and computer science from the Polytechnic of Milan and a master's in information technology from the CEFRIEL of Milan.
