Retaining Visibility into User Behavior across Converged Networks to Maximize Revenue Potential
B3
IMS rollout may be in full swing, but service providers have not yet mastered the art of extracting maximum value from the network. As such, operators need to continue tracking and understanding service usage across legacy as well as next-generation networks.
The intelligence gathered from transactional processing is key to shaping service packages and bundles, and launching new services. Without understanding the behavior of customers across all network domains, marketing, customer support, and business development teams are working blind and customer acquisition and retention is at risk.
This session will discuss how service providers can develop strategies to gather and compare usage data across multiple networks to maximize potential revenue.
