Press & Analyst Registration
Invite your company's media contacts to interview your executives at the show, attend your executives' sessions, and visit your booth on the exhibition floor. Your company's media guests are entitled to full and complimentary registration to the entire conference and exhibition. In addition, if you are holding a press conference, you must register all your media guests
online.
Press Conferences
As an exhibitor, you are entitled to use the press conference room at no cost. The press conference room comes with standard equipment such as an LCD projector, screen, podium, theatre-style seating, etc.
To schedule a press conference, please submit your preferred day and time to lreyes@iec.org and await confirmation.
IEC PR will assist you in promoting your media event to registered press via email, the web site, and postings in the press room. Please be sure to register all your Press Conference Guests online.
PR Registration
If you are a PR/marketing/communications professional assisting a speaker in a "paid-conference session," you may register online for access to that session. This registration package includes access to the exhibit floor, keynote addresses, plenary panels, and industry overview sessions.

Access to this room is exclusively reserved for press only. However, as an exhibitor you will receive the following privileges through the press office secretary:
- Display your company's print media kits in the press room. Have your kits pre-assembled and delivered on site when you arrive at the show.
- Leave messages for press on the message board.
