Service providers are moving beyond the linear broadcast IPTV service and VoD services; the providers are taking advantage of the power of IPTV and aggressively deploying multi-play value-added services over their convergent IPTV platform.
Many questions, including the following, have been intriguing:
- What value-added services can I offer, and what are their associated business models?
- What deployment, delivering, and customer experience can I learn from?
- What are the technologies available to offer these value-added services?
This session provides the opportunity for service and solution providers to share their experiences of offering value-added services to their customers. This session will enable service providers to share with the industry their expectation and provide instrumental guidance on how industries should evolve to meet their and their customers' needs. The session will also enable service and solution providers to learn from each other and help plan their next service offers.
