Mr. Berriman was appointed chief technology officer of the PCCW Group in May 2007. Before that he was head of Strategic Market Development and previously, senior vice president of Strategy and Marketing, having joined PCCW Limited in July 2002. With more than 25 years working in Hong Kong and the Far East, Mr. Berriman leads a team of experts with industry experience and market vision to perform an important role in the strategic direction and the product/technology road maps for transforming the company. His team, entitled Technology Strategy and Development, is responsible for product development management, billing and operational support systems development, overall service quality, technology strategy, vision, and innovation across the telecommunications and media businesses of the PCCW Group.
