Mr. Seo is responsible for encompassing planning, installing, operating, and maintaining KT's network. He joined KT in 1980 and has held various executive and management roles, mainly in network engineering, including transmission, PSTN, and portable Internet. As the chief officer of the Portable Internet business unit, Mr. Seo successfully led the development of WiBro, the world's first portable Internet. He has field experience serving as the chief officer of the Metropolitan South Regional business unit in the largest telecommunication market in Korea. Mr. Seo also chairs the Korea Internet Infrastructure Promotion Association and serves as the vice president of the Korea Radio Promotion Association.
