In addition to his current role, Mr. Arena is also deputy chairman of PCCW's Executive Committee, a director of Pacific Century Regional Developments Limited, and an executive director and deputy chairman of Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited. Prior to PCCW, he was a special policy adviser to the Hong Kong government, director-general at the Office of the Telecommunications Authority of Hong Kong and was appointed by the Hong Kong government to plan a reform program for the liberalization of Hong Kong's telecommunications sector. He also served as an inaugural member of the Australian Telecommunications Authority.
