Mr. Mustarde has more than 15 years of sales, marketing, and management experience in the high-technology and networking industries. Prior to joining Ruckus, he served as the vice president of EMEA at Riverbed Technology, where he started up Riverbed's European operations. Previously, Mr. Mustarde created and directed the Northern European region for Peribit Networks (now part of Juniper). Before Peribit, he was the vice president of sales (EMEA) for Alteon WebSystems, where he introduced them into the European market and developed the business to a run rate of more than US$60 million per year.

Robin Belliere Product Manager, Residential Terminals Belgacom

Mr. Belliere is responsible for residential terminals linked to the broadband offers on DSL lines and joined Belgacom in 2001. He acquired extensive experience in the consumer electronics and multimedia sector when he held a number of positions at Exell, the largest IT store chain for the general public in Belgium, in 1994.

Heico Heikens Network Strategy Manager Alcatel-Lucent

Mr. Heikens was appointed to his current position in December 2005 as part of the corporate CTO network technology and strategy organization. He is responsible for the home network as part of Alcatel-Lucent’s end-to-end network architecture. Mr. Heikens is involved in identifying key technologies and new market opportunities and translating these into recommendations for new solutions targeting across multiple business groups.
