To Select the Fittest FTTx (C/B/H) Construction Modes
C5
"Shorten cooper loop, deepen fiber reach" definitely becomes the development trend of the next-generation access network. During the period of network transformation, on accounting of the aspects such as the existing cooper network infrastructure, network smooth migration capability, flexible managed service mode, and return of investment, the carriers will be dedicated to construct the FTTx network to make the future network brighter and broader. Which kind of fiber access mode will be chosen in the short term and long term? FTTC? FTTB? FTTH?
Regarding the different application scenario requirements and the balance of the technology and investment, which mode will be the best fit? What will be the obstacles and major concern for different FTTx construction modes? How is the stable and profitable business model (service strategy/quality of experience/low TCO) established? ROI expectation analysis is based on different application scenarios. In this session, service providers and vendors will share their ideas, visions, and experiences with regards to how to choose the best FTTx construction mode.
