Clean Pipe; Clear Conscience?
B5
Help! My TV has a virus! Not a call any call center would be expected to take today, but with the rise of the IP-connected household and an all-IP approach to services, is good, scalable, and efficient security protection being overlooked in the race for revenue? Not only is brand reputation at stake, but also, commercial opportunities abound in security service add-ons to a multi-play strategy. Furthermore, with SLA-bound services such as IPTV, VoD, and voice being carried, what is protecting key servers and network locations from attacks? This session will consider the various opportunities and approaches to secure the services and the revenue.
