Openreach
Dr. Williamson is responsible for developing Openreach's future network plan. He is also a fellow of the IEE, a chartered engineer, and a former chairman of the IEE professional group on Distributed Systems and Networks. He is a member of the IEEE, where he is a member of COMSOC and the Computer Society. In the 1990s he was chief engineer for BT's Ipswich Systems Engineering Centre and took key roles in the delivery of BT's IN and network management platforms. In the late 1980s, Dr. Williamson led teams working on management aspects of broadband networks as part of the EU RACE program.

Jon Beardmore

Mr. Beardmore is responsible for delivering major innovation projects within BT Retail, including traditional products, billing, and service wrap and has more than 15 years of experience in telecommunications, spanning fixed and mobile operations, mature businesses, and start-ups. He worked in a number of countries with both fixed and mobile operators before joining BT in 2004. Mr. Beardmore is currently responsible for BT Retail's first deployment of fiber-to-the-premises.

David Boughey

Mr. Boughey works closely with service provider customers, aligning their business goals with market conditions, trends, and careful selection of technology and solutions. His broad experience encompasses all aspects of the IPTV solution. More recently Mr. Boughey has been specializing in end-user experience factors such as usability and "enhanced application" development, which bring additional opportunities and differentiation for his service provider customers. Based in Cambridge, England, Mr. Boughey has worked on many IPTV projects in numerous parts of the world.

Justin Fielder

Mr. Fielder is responsible for the R&D activities at Sky, operates the central architectural function for the Technology department at Sky, and manages the entire range of customer equipment and technologies that make up Sky's services and offerings. Previously he was director of Sky Network Services, responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of the United Kingdom network assets that underpin the BSkyB business activities. Mr. Fielder was chief technology officer at Easynet for 10 years and was responsible for all technological future direction and developments for the Easynet Group of companies on a global basis. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Brunel University.

Fernando Gil de Bernabé

Mr. Gil de Bernabé creates and leads global teams that provide solid advice on the strategic issues shaping the business of our customers and Cisco. He joined Cisco in September 1999 as group manager to build the IBSG SP practice in EMEA. Mr. Gil de Bernabé was promoted to director in 2001 and to managing director in October 2003. In August 2005 he took full responsibility for IBSG SP operations in European markets and in July 2007 he was appointed to his current role.
