Sticky Business: Getting Telcos and MSO Customers to Buy into On-Line Services
Monday, June 18 | 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm

According to the IDC, Web hosting services is a $7 billion U.S. market that is rapidly increasing. With on-line services offering both increased revenue and reduced churn, more and more MSOs and telcos are tapping outsourcing partners to provide the rich applications that are fueling the growth of this market. But if you build it, will they buy? Consumer adoption becomes a key component in achieving the goals of increased revenue and customer retention.

The presentation will include the following:

  • Key criteria in evaluating an outsourcing partner in Web hosting and related services
  • Applications of the future that will drive adoption rates and stickiness
  • How to create a platform that will support an ongoing stream of new on-line products to keep customers coming back to you for more
  • Individual companies' case-studies in driving adoption of Web hosting and related services when working with an outsourced relationship
