This plenary panel will be introduced by a keynote address by Professor Pennarola (SDA Bocconi University) based on the presentation of the mid-term results of three years of research on IP services diffusion and expectations in the Italian market. The panel aims to analyze-thanks to the data outlined by Bocconi University and the data related to the EMEA market by IDC and Current Analisys-how the current and new SPs' offers for the enterprise customers are matching actual needs and expectations of this market segment.
The panel is structured in a debate style and will engage top representatives from SPs and big European enterprises with the value added of the case studies of important corporations in moving toward IP solutions.
