Mr. Bross joined BT in November 2002 and is responsible for setting up the BT Group strategy on technology, developing the innovation vision, and both building and leading technology strategic partnerships. His role includes chairing the largest cross-BT transformation program to deliver BT's 21st Century Network — the enabling infrastructure of BT's future vision and customer experience. Mr. Bross is also responsible for BT's Research and Venturing Global Laboratories and for exploiting technology for customer and shareholder benefit. |
