Mr. Lamborghini was elected president of AICA, an Italian association of IT professionals, in 2007. He is also the chairman of Prometeia of Italy, a well-known macroeconomic research institute. Since its foundation, he has been chairman of the European Information Technology Observatory (EITO), a European consortium created in 1993 with the scope of publishing the EITO Report, the most extensive overview of the European market for ICT. An author of books and articles and an industrial economics lecturer at various Italian universities (e.g., Turin, Bologna, Milan), since 2002 he is a professor of business administration and marketing at the Catholic University in Milan. |
