Badge Replacement
For badge replacement and correction, go to any advance or on-site
registration counter with the form ID.
Badges
Badges must be worn at all times in the exhibition and conference sessions.
Cell Phones
Please turn cell phones off or set them to vibrate while attending any of
the educational programs, as not to disturb conference attendees or speaker
presentations. Out of consideration of others, if you need to take a call,
please step away from the session doorways and speak quietly. There are no
restrictions on the exhibit floor.
Children
No one under the age of 18 will be admitted to the C5 World Forum.
Coat Check
For your convenience, a luggage and coat check will be available during
the event. Check at the registration counter for exact location(s).
Exhibits Plus Complimentary Programming
Attendees of the C5 World Forum are welcome to attend the Keynote Addresses,
Plenary Panels, Hot Seat Sessions, Exhibition, TecPreviews, and networking
receptions as part of the free educational programming.
Exhibit and Sponsorship Reservations
Companies interested in reserving exhibit space and sponsorships may visit
the Rebook Office (stand #4028) located on the exhibition floor or contact Cliff Ruffin,

Paid Programming
Paid programming consists of the Monday Workshops and 90-minute sessions
presentations Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Only those who are
registered for these paid sessions will be admitted into these rooms.
Photography
Taking photographs and videos is not allowed on the show floor without permission
of show management. Offenders will be escorted from the show floor.
Press Office
The Press Office, is located in Room Turquoise 1. The press room is for registered
members of the media and analysts community.
Press Conference Room
The Press Conference Room, is located on Level 2 in White 2, and is open to all members of
the media as well as registered attendees. See an updated press conference schedule
at the press conference room.
Speaker Preparation Room
The speaker preparation room is located at Level 1 and is available to all speakers
and chairs in preparation of their session.
