Mr. Rotthier is responsible for HP's Communications, Media, and Entertainment (CME) as well as for the Corporate Sales & Industry Focus - Enterprise Systems Group in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Previously, Mr. Rotthier was the managing director for Belgium and Luxembourg at HP, a position he held since 1999. In his 23-year career at HP, Mr. Rotthier has held different management positions in sales, marketing, and R&D. From 1989 to 1999, he held various international assignments, including French region sales manager, European marketing center manager and worldwide marketing manager for the bio-science and pharmaceutical division of the Chemical Analysis Group. |

For the past two years, he has focused on the role of user data, which has led to increased convergence of service management processes, systems, and user experience. Mr. Toupin has an extensive global experience in the telecom industry and joined ZTE in 2005 as the director of WE product marketing department. His current focus is on IMS-based FMC, analyzing the specific operators' requirements in western Europe and positioning ZTE solutions for NGNs. Over the past 12 years, Mr. Toupin worked for leading operators such as France Telecom, Bouygues Telecom, Vodafone, O2, and AT&T wireless services and has been involved in conferences and publications in Europe and Asia. |
