Mr. Rotthier is responsible for HP's Communications, Media, and Entertainment (CME) as well as for the Corporate Sales & Industry Focus - Enterprise Systems Group in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Previously, Mr. Rotthier was the managing director for Belgium and Luxembourg at HP, a position he held since 1999. In his 23-year career at HP, Mr. Rotthier has held different management positions in sales, marketing, and R&D. From 1989 to 1999, he held various international assignments, including French region sales manager, European marketing center manager and worldwide marketing manager for the bio-science and pharmaceutical division of the Chemical Analysis Group.

Michael Crowther Service Intelligence Architect, CTO Office BT

Mr. Crowther is responsible for developing architecture and implementation direction for many of BT's 21C service platforms. For the past two years, he has focused on the role of user data, which has led to increased convergence of service management processes, systems, and user experience. Mr. Crowther has also been closely involved in the migration of BT's converged communication services toward an IMS-based architecture.

Mr. Toupin has an extensive global experience in the telecom industry and joined ZTE in 2005 as the director of WE product marketing department. His current focus is on IMS-based FMC, analyzing the specific operators' requirements in western Europe and positioning ZTE solutions for NGNs. Over the past 12 years, Mr. Toupin worked for leading operators such as France Telecom, Bouygues Telecom, Vodafone, O2, and AT&T wireless services and has been involved in conferences and publications in Europe and Asia.

Jim Warner Vice Chairman and Chief Strategist TeleManagement Forum

Prior to his current position, Mr. Warner was the president and CEO of the TMF from 2000-05 and led the organization through the telecom industry recession to its current position as one of the largest, most influential, and most financially stable nonprofit organizations. He also spent 10 years as the forum's director of marketing, where he built the organization's formidable marketing capability and created the TeleManagement World Conference and Expo, the largest event of its kind.
