Mr. Caruso is one of Asia-Pacific's leaders and pioneers in IP Television. He works closely with Huawei management, staff, and global customers to ensure the successful implementation of intelligent triple play, and converged media solutions, including XTV, Internet TV, and IPTV. In early 2001, he began working with one of China's leading IPTV OSS and set top box ODM's to commercialize the technology and building relationships with chipset and software providers and end users. Mr. Caruso is also the president and founder of Chinatex Holdings, Ltd., a Shenzhen, China-based technology and business consulting firm. |

He graduated cum laude in electronic engineering from the Politecnico of Turin. |

Mr. Cauli is responsible for new-generation applications, including IMS-based, IPTV, mobile TV, and convergent application solutions. He has also had many years of experience working the in application and software for major telecom players such as Siemens, Italtel, and Alcatel in areas such as OSS/BSS, intelligent network, applications and multimedia services, and Web services. He graduated with a degree in computer science at the University of Milan and has significant experience in solutions for fixed-mobile-convergent networks, user-centered applications, IPTV, mobile TV, integrated messaging, and multimedia services. |

Mr. Kleiner is responsible for strategy and business development of solution management for VoIP solutions in the fixed network division of Siemens Communications. Previously, he was vice president of the technical office of the VoIP solutions division. Mr. Kleiner has almost 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He started in the R&D division, where he was responsible for system and network concepts for telecommunication systems. |

Mr Mehtälä is in charge of the company's product strategy, creates the business visions, and builds the trust relationship with both customers and partners. Prior to joining Beep Science, Mr. Mehtälä had ten years of experience in the IT industry, from which over six years is in the telecommunications sector. He was the founder and managing director of one of the first WAP technology companies in Finland. After selling his company to Satama Oy, he held positions in Internet and mobile consulting and in venture capital companies. |
