Within the world of the broadband, TV, set-top, mobile, and PVR experience, searching for content, making accessible the content, and, at the same time, offering an advertising and marketing experience is our challenge. Everything from blogging and podcasting to interactive TV is altering the user experience completely. Ms. Pecis is responsible for 17 Internet portals and leads the elaboration and implementation of global media and content projects in Latin America. She works with Internet since 1996, when she joined the launching team of ZAZ Internet portal, since acquired by Terra Networks. Ms. Pecis has also worked as content manager at Terra Brazil, defining Terra's content, advertisement, and e-commerce strategy, besides the national and overseas partnerships agreements.

From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Silberberg was responsible for implementing the SEM department in Agência FBiz. He is also a part of Project Chubaba. Prior to Agência FBiz, he founded Fulano S.A., an entertainment site, and Beltrano, a social network site. Fulano S.A. later became F.biz Interactive Agency. He also worked at ZAZ (Terra) with e-commerce, content partnerships, and advertising. In 1995, Mr. Silberberg founded Virtual-net (ISP). He received an undergraduate degree in business at ESPM (Brazil).
