Mr. Prado's areas of work include the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans, valuations, M&A, and business transformation. He has 11 years of consulting experience and worked in more than 60 projects, with a focus on telecommunications, IT, and technology, including fixed and mobile broadband, IPTV, and mobile VAS. Previously, Mr. Prado was a founding partner of DealMaker, a Brazilian consulting company, and a senior manager at Arthur D. Little, where he led engagements in Brazil, the United States, and Portugal, predominantly for fixed and mobile telcos and Internet companies.

Jose Papa Neto

Since January 2007 with ESPN, Mr. Papa Neto has had the objective to develop, implement, launch, and manage all new business initiatives, including radio broadcast, Internet, IPTV, publishing, and mobile. Before ESPN he worked as product director at Internet Group (iG) and as executive director at the Wi-Fi operator Vex. Mr. Papa Neto has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Miami and master's degrees from Thunderbird (MIM) and St. John's University (MBA).

Mr. Quatorze's mission is to increase the revenues from data services and to raise the technology perception of Claro through innovative and easy-to-use services. He has 18 years of experience, including eight years in Europe, working with telecommunications, energy, and information technology industries. Mr. Quatorze is a graduate of electronics engineering from UNICAMP and holds specialization courses in marketing and information technology.

Mr. Sant'iago started with interactive media in 1995. He was the president of IAB Brasil - Interactive Advertising Bureau between 2002 and 2006, and now is the chairman of the Advisory Board. Mr. Sant'iago also serves as Board member for Fédération Internationale des Associations de Multimédia, based in Salzburg, Austria. Currently Marcelo is director of business development at MídiaClick, a performance-based marketing agency in São Paulo, Brazil.
