Mr. Mahattanakul has various management positions and worked extensively in many parts of the globe (i.e., APAC, China, Europe, Latin America). Since April 2007, he has worked for Nokia Siemens Networks, Mexico, as head of Services Sales for Latin America. Prior to this, Mr. Mahattanakul was the head of China Mobile, South subregion for Nokia Networks, China. He served as services sales director, APAC at Nokia Networks, Thailand. Mr. Mahattanakul was country manager, Services for Nokia Network, Thailand. Prior to this, he was regional head for Hutchison Scandinavia, Nokia Network, Sweden. Mr. Mahattanakul also served as account director for key accounts for Nokia Networks, Thailand.

Sergio Toti Jr. Manager, NGN and Broadband IP Networks Telefonica

Mr. Toti defines network strategies for Telefonica's local operators to obtain synergies among them. He has many years of experience in the Latin America telecom industry and far-reaching expertise with IP backbone, NGN, IMS, and VoIP. Before joining Telefonica, Mr. Toti worked for Siemens, where he was responsible for voice solutions. He holds a degree in electrical engineering and a post-degree in business administration.
