Corporate Sponsorships
Corporate Sponsors are heavily supported through an integrated marketing, advertising, and public relations program. Your participation will be promoted through a variety of direct-mail brochures, news releases, media kits, postings on the event Web site, and a strong on-site presence including Official Program Guide advertising and exposure, event signage, and recognition during major events, such as the keynote addresses.
Sponsors can choose from four levels of participation designed to maximize your exposure at the event. Available packages include Partner-, Diamond-, Platinum-, and Gold-level sponsorships.
Merchandise Sponsorships
Merchandise sponsorships allow for maximum visibility by putting your company's name and logo directly into the hands of the attendees. A variety of opportunities are available, including the following:
- Official conference briefcase
- Official portfolio and pen
- Name badge lanyards
- Name badge inserts
Hospitality Sponsorships
Hospitality sponsorships are unique opportunities for your organization to host specific events, such as its receptions and luncheons. Sponsorships include prominent corporate logo signage recognition at these events thanking your company for its hospitality. Sponsorship opportunities include the following:
- Conference Luncheons
- Exhibition-Floor Evening Receptions
- The Press Room
