- Transmode mircoROADMThe Transmode microROADM is the industries first ROADM optimised to provide flexibility at the edge of an optical network. The new unit is a plug-in module for the highly successful Transmode TM-Series, thus providing users with a well established, widely deployed and highly flexible optical networking platform. The microROADM provides operators with a fully functional ROADM that can assess with a metro optimised drop capacity and a low cost and small (single slot) footprint.
Ideal of access rings, such as 2nd mile broadband backhaul rings, the microROADM provides, automated bandwidth delivery, enhanced network resilience and a "futureproof" OADM.
