Genesis Technical Systems' patent-pending DSL RingsTM technology allows incumbent telecom carriers to offer their customers bandwidth up to 400Mb/s, efficient multicast, and Quality of Service-based managed services all over their existing copper infrastructure. GTS obtained seed funding in mid-2007 and has an office in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

  • Bonded DSL RingsTM
Genesis Technical Systems' Bonded DSL Rings (BDR)-TM- technology enables incumbent carriers to provide their customers with cumulative bandwidths of up to 400Mb/s, while also providing efficient multicast and QoS-based managed services all over their existing twisted pair infrastructure. As BDR re-configures the existing cable plant high-bandwidth services can be deployed on a network-wide basis; including sub-urban and rural environments. This enables not only a real alternative to fiber deployment in urban areas but creates a competitive barrier-to-entry in the rest of the network.
