CHSI is a subsidiary of Chunghwa Telecom (CHT), a leading carrier in Taiwan, R.O.C. CHSI established on March 2002. CHSI was invested NT. 60 million by CHI, 100 % investments establishments. CHI was invested 9.8 hundred million by the CHT, and foreign gathers capital 10.2 hundred million establishment. CHSI has three different parts: (1) Business Dept. (2) Engineering Dept. (3) Administration Dept. (Logistics and Fiancé). Our number of Employees is around 100. Our head office is in Taipei. There are two branches in Taichung and Kaohsiung.

CHT Telecom Operations Support Systems (TOSS)
Chunghwa Telecom Operations Support Systems (TOSS) is a series of operations support systems designed and deployed for daily operation of broadband services including ADSL-based internet access, IPTV, IP-VPN, FTTx ...etc. TOSS consists of four major systems: (1) TOSS-P for service provisioning, which supports rapid provisioning of customer service order. (2) TOSS-T for trouble handling, which handles customer appeals, identifies the problem precisely and ensures speedy service restoration. (3) TOSS-Q for quality management, which manages the SLA, proactively protects services against performance degradation, and reports service quality to customers. (4) TOSS-N for integrated network management, which simultaneously manages heterogeneous network devices, collects and analyzes network management information, as well as proactively perceives the network faults. TOSS has been introduced to operations of many broadband services, for example network management of IPTV service with over 29 broadcasting channels and over 1,400 on-demand programs for 1 million subscribers in 2007, of Chunghwa Telecom Co., the leading telecom operator in Taiwan, since 2000. It is a field-proven system and meets practical operations requirements.
