Mr. Kukreja has fifteen years of experience in the marketing and management of telecommunications and data communications products and services. He has particular expertise in assisting global service providers with the development of differentiated Ethernet service offerings for their target vertical markets. Before joining Atrica, Mr. Kukreja was director of product marketing for Metera Networks, where he led the product marketing team in the development of an integrated IP/multiprotocol label switching (MPLS) optical services platform for metro networks. Before joining Metera, Mr. Kukreja was senior manager of product marketing for DSC/Alcatel's Access division, which was the fastest-growing business unit in the organization. He has also held senior product marketing and management positions with Gandalf, Newbridge, and TMI Communications.

After working for several years in international telecommunications systems domain (operational, technical, financial, and contractual), Mr. Colas joined the Enterprise Division as chief technical officer of the Data Business Unit (level-2 products). As CTO, he was responsible for the definition of the technical solutions to provide the services, which include leased lines, ATM, DSL services, and, more recently, gigabit Ethernet. In his current position, he has a more transverse role regarding the solutions used to provide Enterprises Communication services, including voice.
