Driving Convergence of Rich-Media Communications and Interactive Services
15:45 – 17:15 | Tuesday, 10 October

The emergence of the 21st-century network is enabling service providers to bridge legacy and next-generation rich-media communications using a converged service delivery network. This infrastructure can also be leveraged to rapidly deliver a set of bundled offerings for the consumer and enterprise customer.

Advanced interactive services positively affect subscriber acquisition, retention, and average spending. Visual contact centers, video telephony, rich-media conferencing, and data sharing are just some examples that represent today's trends in the voice, video, data, and mobile convergence.

The session will cover multiple perspectives for 21st-century rich-media communications, discussing the latest trends, technologies, and business considerations.
