Paul Berriman

Mr. Berriman currently leads a team of experts in developing the company's strategic market direction and the product/technology roadmaps. Most recently, he led both fixed and wireless broadband projects in Hong Kong and overseas, including a broadband television project and the UK broadband wireless project. He previously worked in consulting as managing director of Arthur D. Little's Hong Kong office and in his own consulting business, Contactica, which he sold to Arthur D. Little in 1999.

Kaoru Yano

Mr. Yano is responsible for leading platform businesses including mobile terminal, PC, and R&D activities worldwide and has done so since 2003. It is the mission of the platform businesses to accelerate customer success with NEC's IT and network technologies. Mr. Yano was previously president of NEC Networks Company from 2002 to 2003 and president of NEC USA from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Yano has a wide variety of overseas experience including responsibility for the sales and marketing of transmission systems in the United States from 1985 to 1990.

Mrinalini Gupta

Ms. Gupta is responsible for growing the broadband business through managing sales and marketing programs nationally. She has been a key driver for the phenomenal growth in the Airtel's broadband business with her customer-centric, packaged-goods style of thinking. Ms. Gupta has successfully grown the nascent Internet and broadband category to contribute significantly to the revenues of what is essentially a "telephone company."
