Mr. Gil de Bernabé heads a team of senior advisors drawn from the industry and the major management consulting firms who provide trusted, independent advice to senior business executives from Cisco's largest telecom service providers. They help customers improve profitability through innovative programs and approaches that target both new revenue generation and operational expenditure reduction. He is a member of the senior executive management team that defines Cisco's strategy in the Service Provider market. Most recently he led Cisco's worldwide initiative on Consumer Broadband.

Gionata La Torre, Marketing Director, Consumer Internet, Telecom Italia Wireline, has been working with the company since 2001. Prior to his current role, he was the marketing director for IP Outsourcing and director of strategic partnerships for the eBusiness division. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. La Torre worked for British Telecom where he carried out a number of roles in sales and business development and was also involved in internet and multimedia corporate strategy. He ended his experience for BT directing business development for BT Openworld's European portals.
Tadanobu Okada, Director, Network Service Systems Laboratories, NTT, is responsible for design of NTT's next-generation network architecture based on optical networking and IP technology. He is also responsible for the development of carrier-class network node and link systems. Mr. Okada joined NTT Laboratories in 1976 and was active as a core member of the Japanese delegate to the CCITT (currently ITU-T) Study Group XVIII for six years. He was also involved in the national standardization of the PHS (a Japanese personal hand-phone system) interface and in the development of NS8000 digital switching systems.
Vincenzo Scarlato, Partner, NextEdge Partners, took part in the start-up of FastWeb, the Italian triple-play pioneer, as marketing director from 1999 to 2004, where he was responsible for all marketing aspects - value proposition, positioning, services, pricing, and promotions - for both the residential and business segments.
