Tyco SURE
The trend towards faster xDSL services (eg. VDSL2) will require to put more active electronics in the field (closer to the subscriber), increasing the need for active cabinets in the Outside Plant.
Tyco Electronics offers a range of active cabinets (aboveground and
underground) meeting the most stringent demands.
The Tyco SURE is a compact, IP68 sealed underground enclosure for remote DSLAM applications. The enclosure has an integrated heat management system, passive or active, maintaining the electronics below maximum operating temperature. The Tyco SURE is compatible with most common cable types, copper termination blocks and fiber connectivity.
