ServiceGateway
SupportSoft ServiceGateway™ is designed to provide customer service and network operations staff with a common tool for the auto-configuration, management and support of customer premises equipment (CPE). ServiceGateway is an open, independent platform that supports DSL Forum TR-069 and proprietary interface CPEs, as well as application programmer interfaces
(APIs) for northbound integration to operations support systems (OSS) and billing (BSS).
Key features include:
- CPE-agnostic remote management system supporting customer premises equipment, including residential gateways, business gateways, VoIP analog terminal adapters (ATAs), and IPTV set-top boxes

ServiceVerify
SupportSoft ServiceVerify™ enables digital service providers (DSPs) to automatically verify the successful installation and activation of VoIP, video over DSL and high-speed data services to homes and small businesses. ServiceVerify is designed to provide the tools and the information to both the installer/service technician and dispatcher as well as customer service representatives (CSRs). This can resolve current issues and prevent future problems. It also helps to ensure that technicians can leave the job knowing that the work has been done correctly and the customer has access to all the services they ordered. When a customer calls with an issue, ServiceVerify also gives CSRs the tools they need to rapidly diagnose and resolve problems.
SmartAccess
SmartAccess™ automatically determines if a subscriber's computing system qualifies for a broadband connection and, if so, enables self-installation of high-speed access while providing a platform for the qualification, notification, installation, management and support of additional value-added services such as home networking and gaming. Once connected, SmartAccess can allow subscribers to easily order, install and configure and manage these value-added services. In addition, SmartAccess automates the front-end process to enable auto-provisioning. SmartAccess facilitates auto-provisioning by managing the complexity on the subscriber's system and by providing the integration infrastructure to interface with back-end systems to move data between these systems and the subscriber's system. This subscriber data, based on an industry-standard XML format, can be easily integrated into back-office billing systems to automate back-end provisioning.
