A significant benefit of new FMC technologies is the ability to develop highly leveraged service packages for specific market segments such as family or senior citizens. These packages offer high-value, fixed-mobile services on top of a standard triple play package which exploit all the advantages of voice and video and offer special features for security, personal, assistance, one number access, fixed-mobile roaming or, in the content area, very specialized "edutainment" packages.

Netcentrex solutions support a range of full IP-based multimedia services for mobile service providers, including Mobile-Fixed Converged VPNs and Interactive Multimedia Servers for Video & Voice, Video & VoiceMail and a Video Service Broker for broadband and UMTS networks. Hosted IP Communication services for the enterprise
Netcentrex Business Services form a comprehensive suite of solutions for the delivery of hosted IP communication services to enterprises and professional users over broadband networks.
