It is a great pleasure to chair the Broadband World Forum 2005, where the most important companies of the ICT sector in the world will meet to debate the main developments and the future challenges of fixed and mobile broadband technologies and networks.

The different session programming will cover exciting issues such as the development of new technological platforms and architectures for broadband, the deployment of new solutions based in broadband networks, the last improvements in business models, triple-play services, the evolution of the regulation, and the importance of content development, among others.
