Successful ROI Models for Service Deployment Nothing succeeds like successand service providers in most major markets are successfully deploying new revenue-generating services that bolster the bottom line and build customer loyalty through advanced features and capabilities. Before undertaking a new service rollout, however, a careful, thorough analysis of return on investment (ROI) and other considerations is required. This session will review successful ROI models for several applications and services and provide measurement tools, case studies, and other resources for ROI analyses.
