From his early days at GTE Labs, where he worked on advanced switching fabrics and architectures, to Sprint, where he contributed to developing an integrated architecture for circuit- and packet-switched voice and data, he has been hands-on in building communications infrastructure. Additional areas of technology expertise include optical networking, wireless communications, and next-generation service models.
