Wireless Forum

The wireless industry is at a crucial stage of its development. Some question the viability of the wireless Internet, while others see broadband wireless applications as driving the next level of network growth and deployment. In addition, fixed wireless is seen as playing a very important role in completing the end-to-end broadband network in many local-loop environments. The Wireless Forum @ SUPERnet will help wireless carriers understand these dynamics to succeed in today's rapidly evolving wireless marketplace.

Key issues to be addressed include migration from 2.5G, evolution of the wireless LAN, network security and services, spectrum availability, technology and architecture alternatives, and applications that will drive new levels of revenue generation for today's broadband wireless players. In addition, the strategic business and marketing imperatives for successful wireless operators will be closely examined and debated within this timely forum.
