Business and Marketing Forum

The current climate in the communications industry is challenging carriers of all varieties. Even incumbent providers with relatively stable revenue flows must fight to grow their service base and meet the ever-expanding needs of key clients. Simply investing in technology is not enough: carriers must choose the correct technologies and make the right moves today to ensure prosperity down the road. Helping service providers to identify correct market opportunities and formulate the best strategies for taking advantage of them is the purpose of the Business and Marketing Forum @ SUPERnet.

What are the sweet spots in a market whose demographics take on increasingly novel characteristics and preferences? What are the killer services that will pay for expensive network upgrades? What are the likely strategies of the various broadband players, and how do these affect your business plan? What types of alliances, strategic purchases, or network expansions make the most sense? Issues such as these are examined in detail at this focused business-oriented forum.
