Rand Edwards, Director, Network Operations Systems, Lucent Technologies, has 22 years of systems engineering experience with operations systems at Lucent and predecessor companies. Most recently he has been responsible for managing the definition and specification of operations systems, integrating offers for support of carriers, and developing broadband service and competitive local-exchange carrier (CLEC) operations solutions.
