Wireless OSS
Advanced wireless networks require more sophisticated operations support systems (OSSs) for efficient and effective operations. The ultimate measures of OSS utility are how well it supports the twin objectives of network operations: to minimize cost and to maximize revenue generation. Recent advances in wireless OSS, including network management and content and value-chain management, enhance network operators' abilities to meet these objectives.
- Customer Satisfaction As a Necessary Element for Revenue Generation
- Managing the Whole Network
