Next-Generation Billing Infrastructure

The heightened emphasis on revenue sources beyond traditional voice services has inspired new thinking on billing models. Value-based, content-based, and prepaid billing models will require support by network devices feeding the mediation systems. Service providers now have a variety of such devices available for deployment to bring these different models to bear on a range of existing and new services.

  • IP Service Control for Wireless Networks
  • Data Services Pricing Based on Content Billing
  • Learning the Lessons from Real-Time Prepaid Services
  • Driving Profitably User Demand for GPRS

CHAIRPERSON:

Dan Frommer, Vice President, Technology, P-Cube, sets technology direction, evaluating new technologies and partner relationships as core elements. He led the team that designed and implemented the company's service-engine platform.
