Mr. Flanigan oversees the activities of TIA, which include the development of industry standards for telecommunications products; sponsorship of educational and informational programs, including the annual premier communications trade show, SUPERCOMM; and the formulation of key policy positions pertinent to domestic and international regulatory issues.

The Broadband Products Group is chartered with building leadership in broadband CPE access platforms and accelerating broadband adoption by reducing service-provider costs and improving ease of use for end users. Prior to her current position, Ms. Dorchak served as vice president, Intel Communications Group, and chief operating officer. Ms. Dorchak began her career at IBM and served in various executive positions in sales, marketing, and planning.

Mr. Tzannes has been chief executive officer of Aware, Inc. since April 1998 and has served on Aware's board of directors since March 1998. He has been responsible for the strategic direction of Aware's telecommunications business since he joined the company in 1990. Under his leadership, Aware has emerged as the leading independent supplier of intellectual property to the rapidly growing DSL industry.

A TI Fellow since August 2000, Mr. Witowsky is responsible for driving TI's broadband technology offerings, which include integrated DSP, analog, and software solutions that enable customers to rapidly deploy differentiated, next-generation broadband products. Mr. Witowsky previously served as co-founder, senior vice president of engineering, and chief technical officer of Telogy Networks, a Texas Instruments company.
Christian G. Wolff Christian G. Wolff

Infineon Technologies AG

Mr. Wolff joined Siemens AG in 1985, working in chip-design project management until 1990. He then performed concept engineering for different segments of the communications market, including ISDN, GSM, and DSL. In 1996, he became head of the business unit for communications integrated circuits, and since April 1999 he has served in his present position as vice president and general manager of Infineon's communications access products.
